Shipping policy

DISPATCH

All items are packed safely and securely and sent directly from our small studio in the UK, usually the next day, and no longer than 5 working days after we receive your order.

If you need us to prioritise the dispatch of your order, please get in touchv and we'll do our best!

Please ensure somebody trustworthy is present at the delivery address to take receipt and sign for all items purchased if necessary.

Shipping is calculated based on weight, size, destination and shipping method.

We have set up prices to be as fair as possible but what prices are displayed is somewhat limited by the options of our website. If you're building a order with multiple items and the shipping price seems steep, please get in touch and we'll be happy to check if there's anything we can do to help :)

 

CUSTOMS

Depending on the law in the country of delivery, products purchased may be subject to import tax and/or import duties.
The shop is not responsible for paying any such tax or import duties and is unable to define or pre-collect any such taxes or duties. If you are unsure or have questions about tax/import duty, please contact the appropriate local customs office before placing an order, as this is out of the shop’s control.
If tax/duties are charged by your county, normally they must be made prior to, or on receipt of goods. Delayed response may incur further charges, so it’s advised you pay as soon as possible.
